Website visits
The website is hosted by Netlify. Delivering the site involves technical request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser information, processed by the hosting provider. The current site does not install marketing cookies or load a third-party visitor analytics tracker. Essential hosting and security processing is used to operate and protect the website.
Project enquiries
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send: for example your name, email, business, website and project requirements. We use it to reply, assess fit and prepare a proposal. We rely on legitimate interests to handle business enquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
The optional project brief is prepared in your browser. Its fields are not submitted to a server or saved in browser storage. Opening the email draft passes the brief to your chosen email application; you decide whether to send it. Copying the brief places it on your device clipboard.
Access and retention
Enquiry information is handled through the studio's email provider and any service providers necessary to deliver an agreed project. It is not sold. We retain information only as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable legal requirements. You can ask us to remove an enquiry that no longer needs to be retained. Any additional project-specific tools or data requirements will be addressed during scoping.
Your choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email the studio to make a request. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
