Workflow automation / The workflow review
One workflow, mapped as it actually runs.
Not a discovery call dressed up as value. A structured look at a single workflow that is costing your agency time, and a straight answer about whether it is worth automating at all.
Four things, written down and yours to keep.
1. The workflow as it is now
Every step, who touches it, which systems it crosses, and roughly what it costs in time. Written from how it actually runs, not how it is supposed to run.
2. Where it stalls
The specific point where the delay or the error happens, separated from the parts that only feel slow. Usually one or two places, not everywhere.
3. What is worth changing, in order
Prioritised by what it would save against what it would take, including the ones worth doing without any software at all.
4. A pilot scope, if there is one
One clearly bounded piece of work with a success measure agreed before it starts. If the honest answer is that there is nothing worth automating, you get that instead.
Three steps, and the middle one is yours.
About fifteen minutes to confirm the agency type, the workflow, how urgent it is and who decides. Camera off is normal here.
Sent after the call, filled in when it suits you. This is where the detail comes from, which is why the review does not need a long meeting.
Written up and sent, with a short recorded walkthrough if that is easier than reading it. Then a decision, in your own time.
A pilot is scoped, or you are told plainly that there is not enough here to be worth your money.
Twelve questions. About four minutes.
Scored against the places recruitment and estate agencies most often lose time. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing is sent anywhere, nothing is stored, and there is no email box to fill in before you see the result.

A score is a conversation starter, not a diagnosis. It is based on what you told it and nothing else, and a thirty minute look at the real workflow beats it every time.
The review is the cheap way to find out.
Thirty minutes on one workflow that is costing you. Camera off is fine and normal.
