Using Tell Trap
Tell Trap is a one-phone party game provided by Enquire Studio. These terms apply to your use of the app, alongside Apple's applicable App Store terms and Standard End User Licence Agreement. Last updated: 3 October 2026. Contact: hello@enquirestudio.co.uk.
Play and privacy
Use the app for lawful, personal entertainment. You are responsible for how you handle and pass your device and for the clues and names your group chooses. The app does not provide online matchmaking, messaging or public profiles. Keep private roles out of view of other players. Read our Privacy Policy for how local data and purchases work.
Free play and Full Casebook
The free app includes Everyday, Food, British Life and Friends case files. Full Casebook is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the current Nigerian Family Life, Movies & TV, Anime, Travel and Chaos case files. The included content and local price are shown before purchase. There is no recurring charge. The purchase does not promise all future premium files, separate products or future paid additions.
Payments, restoration and refunds
Apple processes payment through your Apple Account. You must be authorised to make the purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian where required. To restore a previous purchase, use Restore purchase in Full Casebook with the Apple Account used to buy it. Purchase and restoration require an internet connection. Refund requests are handled through Apple's refund service, subject to applicable law and Apple's policies. A refunded or revoked purchase may lose access. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Availability and updates
We may update the app to fix issues, maintain compatibility or improve its operation. Device compatibility and store availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or support on every future device or operating system. These provisions do not remove rights you have in paid digital content under applicable consumer law.
Ownership and permitted use
The app, artwork, sounds and other content are protected by intellectual property rights. Your purchase grants access for personal use under the applicable licence; it does not transfer ownership of those rights. Do not redistribute the app's assets or bypass purchase protections, except where the law permits.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Take reasonable care of your device while playing. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory rights concerning digital content and services remain unaffected.
Questions and changes
Contact Tell Trap support if something goes wrong. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively remove statutory rights or content already purchased.
